Steelhouse Group acquired Laatu Group Oy and Valon Laatu Oy
Steelhouse Group has acquired the companies Laatu Group Oy and Valon Laatu Oy, along with the brands Laatuvalo and Laatusuunnittelijat.
Taisto Palonei will join the Steelhouse Group team as a consultant for lighting solutions.
Founded in 1994, the Laatuvalo brand specialises in the design, production and sale of light fixtures and lighting solutions. This acquisition enhances Steelhouse’s expertise and capabilities in the lighting solutions sector.
